Crawford's Double O Farm in Thomson, GA is a picturesque family-owned farm known for its Scottish Highland Cattle and friendly atmosphere. They are small, long haired, friendly (they came right up to me and ate cookies from my hand), and just plan adorable. Besides the adorable highland cows, Vanessa (the owner) is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of knowledge about the Scottish Highland breed. She really knows her stuff. In addition to being a working farm, they offer a variety of opportunities for you to come out and have an experience with them, including: farm visits, birthday parties, paint parties, picnics, photography, etc… They even offer Farm Stays! This is a working farm, so you must book a time to be onsite, just give them a call to make arrangements.
